We’ve got the most affordable fees in the city and teams for Men, Women, Juniors, and Minis. Whether you’re a seasoned pro or just figuring out which way to run, there’s a spot for you!

Women’s Team – Ready to welcome new faces, throw some big tackles, and have another amazing season. Indoor training is already rolling every Monday, with outdoor practices starting mid-April, Tuesdays and Thursdays!

Men’s Team – The grind never stops! Looking to build on last season’s success. Indoor training is already rolling every Monday. Catch us at practice Tuesdays & Thursdays once the field clears.

Juniors – New and returning players, it’s time to lace up! Outdoor practices starting late April!

Minis – The future rugby stars are back in action! Outdoor practices starting late April as well.

Parents: If registering a player under 18, you’ll need to complete the Respect in Sport Parent Program.
