Pirates is kicking off the new year and the 2020 season with indoor trainings starting this January 5, 2020. Men’s and women’s, juniors and seniors of all skill levels, even brand new to the sport, are welcome. These sessions are focused on the fundamentals of rugby – passing, ball handling, footwork, body positioning and fitness. From never touched a rugby ball to first div and rep players to old boys, these sessions offer something for everyone to try and improve on. We are proud to offer these training sessions at no cost so everyone can enjoy learning about rugby!
Indoor training dates are every Sunday from 6 to 7 pm at the ACT Recreation Center in Rundle Park and can be found in the calendar. Hope to see you out!
